Backup email service for your domain: You run your own primary mail server for your domain, it is listed in DNS as the higher preference (lower MX Records preference value) than our server. If at anytime DNS does not report a higher preference mail server than ours, inbound mail to your domain will be bounced by our server.

Any mail sent to our server for your domain will be accepted and stored. Our server will then try to deliver the mail to your mail server for up to 5 days. At no time during the 5 day period will any Delivery Status Notifications message (DSNs) be sent back to the sender. The sender will have no idea that the message did not make it to you. If, after 5 days in queue, the message still cannot be delivered, it will be bounced back to the sender.

* Email max message size is limited to 10MB each.
* Monthly max storage per domain will be 250MB
* Monthly max transfer per domain will be 500MB (total in + out)
* Email received from open-relay mail servers will be rejected (anti-Spam feature)
* Cost $79.99/year per domain. We strongly suggest that we also be your DNS hosting provider for the domain in order for this service to work effectively, as a failure in DNS would also result in a failure for the backup mail server to work!
